About
Jonathan Sander-Byrd
Built on Experience. Driven by Purpose.
Founded in 2022 by Jonathan Sanders-Byrd, Prolifik Contracting was created to bring a VIP experience to residential construction and property management. Backed by over 24 years of industry experience, Jonathan built this company on integrity, excellence, and hands-on leadership.
Before founding Prolifik, Jonathan served as a Project Manager for one of the largest general contractors in America. His work included:
- Hospitals and police stations in Southern California
- Office buildings and government facilities in St. Louis
- Hospitals and airport renovations at the busiest airport in Atlanta
In 2020, Jonathan shifted his focus to residential rehabs, discovering a deeper fulfillment in transforming homes and helping individuals directly. That passion continues to define Prolifik Contracting today.
